Tajikistan, officially the Republic of Tajikistan, is a mountainous landlocked sovereign country in Central Asia. Tajikistan's economic situation remains fragile due to uneven implementation of structural reforms, corruption, weak governance, seasonal power shortages, and its large external debt burden.
Andrew and Mandy Myatt lead Oxford Vineyard Church in England, which they planted in 1992. They have four sons. They got involved in Tajikistan in 1996, helping to found the Tajikistan Partnership, and are now involved in several countries in that area, as well as the Spain Partnership. They also Oversee four Vineyard churches. Andrew and Mandy met at agricultural college and got married in 1987 while Andrew was studying theology at Wycliffe Hall in Oxford.
