ONLINE TRAINING SERIES

Over the past three years the Missions Online Training Series, has brought you great sessions presented by Derek Morphew, Rick Love, Jerry Reddix, Ross Naylor-Tatterson, and others. They have discussed various aspects of missional ministry, cross-cultural skills, developing and supporting Long-Term Cross-Cultural Workers as well as skills in developing your partnership(s).  We are looking forward to continuing this tradition while introducing some new features based on user feedback we have received.

Are you or your leaders bi-vocational?

This fall we will be testing a more flexible schedule for our bi-vocational pastors and leaders.  We are moving our presentation time to the evenings at 5:00PM PST | 8:00PM EST and have scheduled this fall’s sessions on a variety of days throughout the week.  In addition, once the recordings are posted to our training blog, you can interact by posting comments and questions.

What is an online training session?

An OTS is an interactive web-based workshop.  Our presentations are scheduled to last 90 minutes and will include a 45-60 minute presentation, followed by 30-45 minutes of Q & A.

There is no cost to participate, and anyone is welcome to join in.

READY FOR CROSS-CULTURAL MINISTRY?
Presented by Jerry Reddix, Michael Gatlin

“When is my leader ready to be released for long term cross-cultural work?” We hear that question from pastors and partnerships leaders regularly. Jerry Reddix and Michael Gatlin bring their experience in training and assessing church planters to give you practical tools in assessing readiness for ministry. When done well, the assessment process is an extended act of pastoral care for the potential cross-cultural worker. We want to steward the life and ministry of church planters, helping them gain clarity of life and mission.
