Services Available

The MCT has limited availability to help with debriefing after a crisis or critical incident such as evacuation during armed conflict, political unrest and natural disaster.

The MCT can assist you in:

  • Mobilizing your church to care for your long-term, cross-cultural workers
  • Accompanying you in overseas visits to your workers for spiritual renewal retreats, pastoral counseling and relationship conflict resolution
  • Meeting with your cross-cultural workers in their overseas location to assist them in cross-cultural adjustment and other issues

Our goal in presenting this material is to assist you in answering the questions that you must answer for yourself, in relationship with your church and partnership. If the path you take in preparation and fulfillment of your calling is grounded in Gods call and you are purposeful in addressing the many issues in cross-cultural life and ministry your chance of success increases significantly.

The material in this section is presented for your consideration. We invite your suggestions and comments. To comment, recommend material or ask a question please e-mail Jerry Redix.
